How do I pay for my course?
You can pay by cheque made payable to ‘The Wine Academy’ or by card by telephoning the office.
Once full payment is received we will send you your study pack.
Terms and Conditions
Payment is required at time of booking for Just for Fun Events unless by prior agreement.
Should you have to cancel for any reason a full refund will be offered only if we have received a minimum of 3 days notice for evening events and 1 weeks notice for full day events.
A non refundable deposit of £30 for WSET Foundation and Intermediate courses and £75 for WSET Advanced courses is required to secure your place. Full payment must be received prior to the course start date. Refunds will not be offered for any missed lessons once the course has started.
A non refundable deposit of £150 will be required for corporate or group events. Full payment must be received 1 week prior to the event.
If for any reason we need to cancel an event any monies received will be repaid in full or pro rated for a course.
Payment may be made by cheque, BACS, credit or debit card.
